Rukatac, also known as Maraština, grows on red soil about 300m above sea level; Niko hand-harvests all the fruit, ferments with native yeasts with about 7 days of skin contact. This tastes like stones warmed in hot summer sun, with just enough bitter-orange tannin and saline freshness. Swordfish and scallop wine.
