Pascal started Domaine La Patelle in 2021. He had previously worked for years as a cooper, obtaining wood and making barrels winemakers. He studied winemaking in Beaune starting in 2018. He worked alongside Stéphane Tissot, honing his skills and eventually acquiring some of Tissot's parcels in 2022 along with several from Domaine les Bodines. Today the estate is all of about 6ha, spread across several lieu-dits in Arbois.
