Corte Sant’Alda ‘Val**zzane’ Amarone della Valpolicella 2015

Location: Italy, Veneto, Valpolicella

Winemaker: Marinella Camenari

Grapes: Corvino, Corvinone, Rondinella

Soil: calcareous

Winemaking: fermented with indigenous yeasts in 40hL cone vat. Aged in French oak barrels (5, 10, and 25hL) for at least 4 years.

‘Val**zzane’: Intense red, almost garnet. Fruity, with mineral notes, spices and tobacco. Full, full-bodied, balanced and intense taste. Drink with grilled, roasted and braised meats with savory sauces, game, aged cheeses.
