Previously having worked with La Grange Aux Belles, Domaine de la Tournelle, Philippe Bornard, Frederic Agneray, Ratapoil, Les Bottes Rouges, Babass, and Nicolas Grosbois, Rouillard now farms and vinifies 2 hectares in Anjou. Simon also has a négoce project sourcing from Frederic Agneray in the Gard.
