Winemaking: Co-fermented apples and blueberries, with no added yeast, sulfites or additives. Aged in used oak for 8 months before bottling
From the producers: ‘Blu(i)sh looks rosé-like, tastes rosé-like… a still cider with the perfect balance of floral and juicy blueberry on the nose, with fall apple and spice on the palate. Finishes bone dry.
