From us at M&L: Half of cider by Cyril Zangs, a master cider maker in French Normandy, and half of red wine by Andrea Calek, ‘A toi nous’ cuvée (Grenache Noir and Syrah), vinified as a sparkling wine, and disgorged.
The juices of the two friends are blended and bottled with residual sugars, in order to maintain the effervescence. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
