Grapes: 30% Grenache, 30% Merlot, 15% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Alicante
Winemaking: Organic farming. Hand harvest, Alicante direct press, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon direct press with infusion of Syrah, Carbonic fermenation of Grenache, indigenous yeast. All 3 vats assembled as soon as they were dry. No added SO2. Unfined and unfiltered.
